Forevercare supports children and young people aged 5–18 with diverse needs, providing person-centred care in a warm, homely environment.
We are recruiting two Deputy Managers—one in Swinton and one in Oldham—to work closely with the Registered Manager in leading and managing the home.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including admissions, care planning, and resource management.
- Lead, motivate, and support the staff team, ensuring effective communication and staff coverage.
- Oversee staff training, induction, and ongoing development.
- Maintain a safe, healthy environment for children and staff, ensuring all health, safety, and welfare standards are met.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, families, external agencies, and the local community.
- Participate in reviews, meetings, and inspections as required.
- Be flexible with working hours (48 hours/week) and available for on-call support.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirable, but training available
- 6 months’ relevant experience preferred, but not essential
- Transferable Adults and Children’s DBS desirable
